A responsive design made the platform genuinely usable on mobile for the first time, and new features supporting personalization and peer interaction gave subscribers reasons to engage with the platform beyond a single lookup. The rebuild also gave the client’s own team the ability to manage and update regulatory data dynamically, rather than depending on periodic, costly data releases.

The new experience became a central part of the client’s own sales pitch. By the end of the second year, the platform saw 74% subscriber growth, and compliance data could for the first time be updated dynamically by the client’s own staff, saving tens of thousands of dollars a year that had previously gone toward manual data release cycles.
