Latham International IPool

Latham International's IPool application changed the way the pool industry buys and orders pool products.  IPool was the first application to allow distributors and dealers to purchase custom pool liners and safety covers through a web-based order form.  IPool has a complex rules engine that validates all data including dimensions, steps and options to ensure everything matches up. 

IPool also has a custom graphics feature that will draw preview images of the pool from different perspectives based on data entered by the customer.  This quick preview shows the customer what the product will look like as a confirmation.

Since implementing the IPool application, Latham has been able to reduce their custom liner lead time from 7 days down to 3.  Thier safety cover lead time has been reduced from 10 days down to 4.  This is due in part to the deep integration between IPool and their ERP application. 

IPool was developed to also serve as a platform for additional products to be added over time.  Since IPool's launch in 2006, many new features and applications have been added.
