Jon Kloptosky · President and Co-Founder
Since co-founding the company in August of 2002, Jon Kloptosky has led the development team at Gavant. Drawing from a strong technical background, he's been a driving force in building enterprise software systems that can withstand high-demand environments. Clients rely on him for his understanding of current technologies and how those technologies can be applied to solve business challenges. Currently, Jon's energy is focused on fostering Gavant's company image and culture and on establishing measurable business processes that benefit both Gavant and its clients.
Jon graduated with honors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earning B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Computer and Systems Engineering as well as an M.S. degree in Computer Science. Committed to professional advancement, he has attained the Sun Certified Java Programmer and Developer certifications and remains up to date with current technology trends to provide innovative services in software design and development.
Craig Nolin · Business Project Manager
As our company's Business Project Manager, Craig Nolin is responsible for operational oversight for Gavant Software. His day-to-day focus is on project portfolio management, resource planning, forecasting, account management, project management and continued process improvement. Craig has over 15 years of combined leadership, management, and service delivery experience. Prior to joining Gavant Software, Craig started his career at an international Fortune 100 company where he was often recognized as a top performer. In addition to completing various training and development programs over the years, Craig developed his skills by holding positions of increased scope and responsibility. Craig has a B.A. in Communications and an A.A.S. in Mass Media.
Brendan Reuss · Senior Sales Executive
As our company's Senior Sales Executive, Brendan Reuss is charged with leading sales, business development, and marketing efforts for Gavant Software. He brings over 15 years of high-tech sales experience from the Boston, MA area where he was working with clients like Calix Networks, Texas Instruments, Motorola, Nokia, and Cisco Systems. He has been managing the lifecycle of customer relationships and brokering multi-faceted large scale contracts for various vertical markets. In the past, Brendan has received numerous Sales Awards and accolades for new business development, including Top Sales Performer 2007 and 2008. Prior to joining Gavant Software, Brendan was working for a local Telecommunications company where he was in charge of Government Sales for the State of New York. Brendan attended Nazareth College of Rochester and Hudson Valley Community College where he earned his degree in Marketing.
